For artworks, Aquira confirms transport and delivery insurance individually according to the nature of the work, packing and transport method, destination, and the terms of the transaction. Whether coverage is available, its scope, and related costs are specified in the quotation or individual written guidance.

If a delivery incident or damage is found
Please keep photographs that show the outer packaging, packing materials, and condition of the work. Retain delivery documents and packaging materials where possible, and contact us promptly. Any contact with the carrier or insurer, and the required procedure, will be advised for the individual shipment.
Scope of coverage
The availability, scope, limit, and response in the event of an incident are governed by the terms of the associated insurance or delivery service and the individual transaction agreement. Please confirm the treatment of delay, customs duty, import tax, and indirect loss before dispatch.
International delivery
As stated in the Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, international shipping charges, customs duty, import tax, customs-clearance charges, and other applicable charges are borne by the purchaser. Insurance availability and conditions may differ by destination and delivery method.
