LICENSING & PERMISSIONS

Licensing enquiries

If you are considering use of Aquira’s artworks, images, moving image, creative materials, or official forms of representation, enquiries are considered individually after the intended use has been reviewed. An enquiry does not itself grant permission. Whether use is available, and any scope, term, territory, media, fee, or other condition, is agreed in writing where necessary.

SCOPE

What may be discussed

Works, images, and moving image

For exhibitions, publishing, broadcasting, advertising, websites, social media, education, events, and other uses, the material and intended use are reviewed.

Collaboration and commissioned work

Enquiries concerning collaborative projects, photography, moving-image production, workshops, courses, and project support may be discussed.

Official forms and biographies

When an artist name, professional description, official profile, or credit line is to be published, the placement and context are reviewed before accurate information is provided.

PROCESS

From enquiry to agreement
